NH Housing Finance Authority

New Hampshire Housing promotes, finances and supports affordable housing so hardworking Granite State residents can live where they work and play.

Maine State Housing Authority

Homebuyer education explains how the buying process works and will help you to choose the mortgage option that is best for you.


Knowledge is power, and the information you obtain through a MassHousing-approved homebuyer counseling course will help you as a homebuyer and a homeowner.

Vermont Housing Finance Agency

VHFA does not provide direct homeownership education classes. Vermont is home to several non-profit organizations that provide educational and other affordable housing services.

Rhode Island Housing

Rhode Island Housing and their partners offer informational sessions to help you better understand the process of buying and keeping a home. RIH customers who are first-time homebuyers are required to participate in one of these classes.
