Lending Experience – Wendy has been in the lending business for the past 20 years. She received her Bachelors Degree in Business Management in 1989 and has worked in banking, law, and the mortgage industry. In addition, Wendy has been an instructor for numerous banking courses with the Center for Financial Training. The positions she has held include consumer lending, commercial lending, mortgage lending, corporate & estate paralegal as well as many other banking positions.  Wendy is certified in construction lending as well. Finally, she has the extensive lending background which offers borrowers the highest degree of accuracy, product knowledge and overall financial competency. 

 

New England Native – Wendy was born and raised in the Mount Washington Valley in northern NH. She has a full appreciation for the four seasons, mountain ranges, national forests, rivers, and the desire to own a home here. She has worked with first time homebuyers, primary homeowners, second homeowners, and investment borrowers over the years. Wendy has lending experience in New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. Many people have a desire to live or vacation in New England and as a native she can assist them in achieving this dream.
