  • "Our landlord was selling our current apartment and we were tired of renting. We had gone through two companies that offered mortgages and had been doing business for well over ten years with. Don't ask, because I won't tell you which companies due to the day and age we live in. But one went through the quick approval process for the mortgage, and they said sorry but you don't qualify due to the minimum credit score required for your application. I knew this wasn't true, so I said okay fine. Talked to the next company that we liked and after about 3 weeks they denied us through an email, not even a call. Next we had a family member advise us to call Kim Riddell and Regency Mortgage. Kim Riddell told us up front that we might not qualify, but we at least will know what is wrong, and Kim would tell us what to do to fix it and about how long before it gets fixed. We started the process and were denied; my wife and I of course got depressed. But Kim said don't worry that was the automated, we are not done yet. At this point, as she says, "she rolled up her sleeves," and started to dig into why I was denied. She found out the reason I was denied-- we went through a few weeks of calls and emails. Paperwork, requests, signatures, explanations of what was happening next... etc. After we gave Kim the paperwork she requested in an timely manner, we were pre-approved. You heard me- after being denied twice recently, and as many as about 4 to 5 times over the course of 5 years, Kim got us pre-approved. But the hard work wasn't done and every time, I mean every time, we had an question via cell phone or email, Kim called us back in an very timely manner. We eventually found the house of our dreams went through more paperwork and closed late last month. ALL BECAUSE OF THE HARD WORK FROM KIM RIDDELL, and the fact that she said no, if you are going to deny these people I want to know why. If I can ever do business again with Kim, I would in a heartbeat. Again Kim, we appreciate what you did for our family."
