Regency Mortgage, under the leadership of its President, Quentin Keefe, has been a top residential mortgage lender in northern New England for the better part of 20 years. Keefe, a resident of Manchester, NH has been very involved in the greater Manchester community, most recently having completed two concurrent terms as President of the Palace Theatre Board of Trustees and remaining on the Board today, serving as the Community Advisory Board Chair. Keefe also served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce where he was instrumental in founding the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce Green Committee, serving as its first chair. Keefe co-chaired the 2011 & 2012 Greater Manchester Taste of the Nation event, a Share Our Strength initiative, having served on this committee in several capacities spanning 18 years. In 1998, Keefe served as President of the New Hampshire Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association, having sat on its board for many years prior. He remained active on the board for several years following his term as President, including co-chairing its Ethics and Legislative Committee. Quentin Keefe’s business success and community leadership were rewarded in 2005 by being named the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce Small Business Person of the Year and in 2010 he was again honored with a Business Excellence Award from the New Hampshire Business Review, a statewide business publication. Quentin Keefe studied Philosophy at St. Michael’s College earning a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating cum laude, in 1976 and in 1980 he earned a Master of Public of Administration degree form the University of New Hampshire. Keefe is a lifelong resident of Manchester where he still resides today along with wife of 40 years, Maryjane. They have three adult children.
Maureen Lemay co-founded Regency Mortgage along with Quentin Keefe in 1996. Today, Maureen serves as Executive Vice President overseeing all of Regency’s loan operations. Maureen started her career as a Loan Processor but has spent most of her career originating loans and managing both sales and operations. Maureen has served the mortgage banking industry in several capacities through the years, currently serving on the Lender Advisory Committee at the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority. Maureen loves to spend time with her 6 grandchildren and enjoys her volunteer work, teaching skiing, for the Eastern Slope Ski Club an 80 year old organization providing children in the Mt. Washington Valley the opportunity to learn and enjoy the sport of downhill skiing.
